New Bottle Size / New Glass
A number of circumstances have been encouraging me to switch from selling 2 different sizes of essences (2 dram and 1 ounce) to selling just one size; half ounce/15 ml. Since being introduced to the qualities of Miron Glass I have wanted my line to be bottled exclusively in their amazing deep violet-colored glass. This didn’t seem possible for years since I had display cases and kit boxes made for a 2 dram size bottle that is unavailable from Miron.
The time for the switch is now. It is the highest quality of glass available and knowing it exists I can’t choose anything less for this line of essences. I am delighted to announce this change.
The Dosage Bottle Line has been in 1 ounce Miron violet glass since it’s inception and will continue to be available the same as it has always been.
All stock essences will now be available in ½ ounce (15 ml) violet Miron glass.
For a limited time there will be 2 dram essences available until I run out of the droppers. These must be ordered by phone or mail since this website is only set up for ½ ounce stock essences now.
The price of these half ounce essences is $13.00 per bottle. The 2 dram (1/4 oz) size essences have been $6.50 so now you are getting twice the volume of essence for twice the cost.
You are always welcome to order a prepared custom dosage bottle that includes essences of your choice in the preservative of your choice. The cost is $10.00 for a formula of up to 9 essences.
New Essences
Yes, it’s true. There are a number of new combination essences that were created as a response to these exciting times we are in. After decades of emotional narcissism we are being encouraged to show up fully as adults; bringing our gifts to life. There is something in the air that nudges us in that direction and there’s lots of support for healing chronic disease as well as moving past trauma. It is time to release the past and our attachment to our stories. We are invited to move beyond our self-created limitations. These essences are very potent allies for your transformation.
There is also a tremendous amount of new information available about what, up until now, have mostly been research essences. This is a loving research enterprise with a wonderful collaborator; Cyndie Janson Siegel. We’ve known each other for almost 20 years of essence work and have always mused about working together at some future time. That time is now and the work is powerful. We are enjoying witnessing the powerful impact the essences are having upon clients in both of our practices.
New The 100 Day Process of Graceful Emergence
Possibly more exciting than anything else is a new kit of essences with two modes of utilization. A kit of 20 that we are calling both the “Everyday Essences Kit” and “The 100 Day Process of Graceful Emergence.” Using it in it’s Everyday Essences role it’s like a family medicine kit; an ally to turn to whenever you feel out of your sovereignty. A chart with key words and information about conditions and issues each essence heals makes it easy to develop a familiarity with these essence allies.
The 100 Day Process of Graceful Emergence is undertaken by starting with the first essence in the kit and taking 5 drops, twice a day for 5 days. Repeat with each of the 20 essences on order and experience a healing journey that takes you beyond limitations. Each essence has a daily practice that supports consciousness of the gift that essence provides your evolution to wholeness. The impact is profound. The process can be repeated to anchor healing energy in your area and to deepen your compassionate presence.

New Kit Boxes
I have sturdy and beautiful hinged kit boxes in sizes that hold 6 and 20 of the new ½ ounce essences. They are a beautiful teal color! The kits boxes that hold six essences have a slot to hold a kit insert. The Kit boxes that hold 20 essences have a lid map of what essences are where and enough headroom to hold literature.
New Treatment Office
Yes, after years of working nationally and internationally with clients by phone I have opened a treatment office in the nearby small city of Northampton, Massachusetts. I have a limited number of sessions available each week but those wishing a flower essence consultation with me now have both office and phone options available. A Brief History
Flower Essences of Fox Mountain was started by myself under the name of Running Fox Farm in 1989. When I moved farther up the mountain I changed the business name to reflect that move. I have just moved again but am still very close to my original location. I now live in a house I built on over 100 acres in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts in the United States. It’s quite beautiful here and remote enough to give me that sense of quiet and peace that I cherish.

About The Essences
I make the essences using the standard solar method. I choose not to change their strength by using crystals, pyramids, or any other means. I feel that their level of potency is just right. This is simply my intuitive guidance and not meant as a judgment of other people’s guidance.
Initial research information is collected both through intuitive communication with the plant as well as it’s usage in the work we do with those who turn to us for consultations. Practitioners and individuals who use the essences further round out our understanding of an essences role in supporting healing and balance. We greatly appreciate the generosity of those willing to send us notes that add to our understanding of any of these essences.
