Ordering Options

You can order directly from us.  Much of our product goes out to distributors in various countries but we love our contact with individual customers also

Our website is only partially shopping cart enabled so if you'd like to order any of our products that don't have buy buttons, please email or phone in your order and we'll handle it directly rather than going through the website. If everything you'd like to order has buy buttons, go ahead and order through the website although we are always glad to answer questions. You may also order using the following methods:

1) Call in your order to 413-667-8820 . We will take your credit card number or tell you the amount so you can mail us a check.

2) Email your order to: kathrin@foxmountain.net

Please email your name, mailing address, phone number and the names of the essences you have chosen. We'll also need to know if you are ordering stock essences in 1/2 oz violet bottles OR if you are choosing one of the 12 essences available in 1 ounce dosage bottles (see "Dosage Bottle Line" on the essence drop down menu). If you have any questions about your order we will respond by email so please feel free to ask.

Please call in your credit card number and expiration date.  You may leave it on the voicemail if no one is available to take your call.  If you prefer to pay by check we'll email you back the amount including shipping and you can mail a check.

3) Mail in your order with a check or credit card number.  If you don't have an order form with shipping charges listed, please consult below chart for current shipping charges.  Charges will change as the post office continues to raise their rates so please check the chart each time you order.

International Shipping Fees - Airmail

$14.00 minimum or 14% of order subtotal; whichever amount is greater. Or I am willing to charge the exact amount of shipping of the order but I will not know that until I have shipped it.

* Our location is miles from the nearest post office and in respect for the environmental impact of traveling that distance, we travel there twice a week, rather than daily, to ship out orders. This means we may wait 1-3 days before we ship out your order depending upon which day we receive it. We hope you understand our commitment to sustainability.
